Like most trainers, I teach the basics of public speaking to groups of employees in a fun and energetic way.

But I also work with employees individually.
Because I know that every person has their reasons for feeling nervous, not good enough, or
embarrassed at the thought of being the center of attention. Even comfortable speakers have
experiences that color their attitude about public speaking -- and themselves. Rarely do we
remember positive moments or believe in compliments; it’s human nature to fixate on the negative.
Over the years I’ve developed a process for helping people see and appreciate their existing
skills and let go of any negative experiences they’re (still) holding on to.
I do this by talking to designated employees in private, focused, 45-minute sessions (via Zoom or in person).
This unique approach is particularly beneficial for employees whom you feel have great
potential, need some extra motivation/validation, or have important customer-facing
responsibilities in the company.
It takes a bit longer to meet one-to-one with each employee, but the results are broad and long-lasting. This training affects all aspects of their lives and makes them highly capable of
representing you, your business or non-profit organization in the most positive light possible.
